Conference Media Support
What better way to put conference agenda items into context than through the use of Video Scene Setters - a 2 to 3 minute package which encapsulates each theme or sub-theme of the day a to help set the tone for plenary, roundtable or townhall discussions. Either incorporating the conference’s existing graphic common look-and-feel, or working with the client to develop one, Big North Media can assist in developing video content that integrates easily into the conference program. Big North Media can also provide gavel to gavel video coverage of the conference as well as capture post-conference reaction from attendees, providing a positive snapshot of the conference’s outcomes.

Compact and easy to install and operate, our broadcast-quality airpack accommodates up to 8 video inputs configured for either 4:3 or 16:9. It has been used by broadcasters, conference organizers, and sports venue operators, and is a low-cost high-quality solution without occupying a large footprint when space is at a premium. It is easily and seamlessly integrated into the audio visual setup of a conference or convention with its ability to mix multiple cameras, graphics and videos playbacks.
